This year, my Rachio flow sensor suddenly started telling me the battery is low after replacing them with new batteries twice. I had it installed 2 years ago and was working fine, but suddenly it’s been giving me this problem. Anyone know what’s going on? Is it really draining the battery in a week or is it just a notification error?

Same situation with my flow meter except my batteries lasted one month then I had to replace. I called support at Rachio and after troubleshooting they sent me a new flow meter under the warranty. You will have to pay someone to remove the defective one and reinstall the new one. You will send it back in the same box the new one came in.
