Getting email fault on master zone. How do I correct the problem
@Drewg821 - is a pump start relay installed or a master valve? The device is probably drawing too much inrush current for Rachio to supply. Check the specifications (and/or post make and model information) for the device to see how much current it initially needs. There are low power pump start relays. If a master valve, is it just like the other valves/solenoids in the system? I have seen a post where a motorized ball valve used for a master valve pulled too much current.
