Email Notifications to Shared Access

The primary account is getting all email notifications. However, the Complete Access Shared account is not receiving any emails. All the appropriate preferences are set correctly, I think. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello @HFTobeason, the primary account holder will be the only one that gets emails and push notifications for any device or schedule updates.

Thank you. May I suggest an option for shared access accounts to receive notifications as well? It would certainly be of interest for a landscaper account, for example.

@HFTobeason, love the idea. As a landscaper would you want to see notifications from all of your accounts? Sounds this product suggestion is what you’d like to see?
