Good evening all, especially my people at Rachio. My name is Mark Troke and I have now been using your product now for at least 11 years as an installer and as a homeowner who has been using one for the last 9 years in three different locations.
The box I currently own was given to me by Rachio during the early development stages. I had performed a few warranty jobs for Rachio and they were kind enough to send me a box so I could
become more familiar and Savvy with them as well.
I received the box in May of 2015 and is still running 9 years later. I have had a few stations stop working but my box is capable of 8 zones or stations.
I will upload some pictures.
Anxious to see what Rachio will send me next.
