I purchased a brand-new Rachio Gen 3 controller a week ago but have now received a replacement. I noticed the “f” symbol on the controller had scratches and that the inside magnets had the number “1” written next to both of them. I returned that, claiming it was used, and I just received another with sharpie again on it in the form of blue dots. Are these refurbished/used units that I’m being sent? I’m purchasing these from Amazon.
