I have used my Rachio for 2 1/2 seasons. Today, I show one zone as being disabled in the app. It shows in my zones, but it is greyed out. I can run the zone manually through the app, but it won’t run as part of a quick or regular schedule
Which is exactly as designed, and I would think, what one would expect. What do you think it should do?
Perhaps you don’t think you’ve disabled it and wonder why it’s that way. I’ve accidentally disabled a zone myself while playing around with the app, so it can happen.
Understood. It became disabled while trying to do a quick test on the zone and the app seemed to freeze. when the app became available again, the zone was disabled. Now I can’t seem to re-enable it. How do I re-enable it?
Tap on the zone and flip the Enabled/Disabled toggle in the upper-right corner?
