I received my Rachio unit last week and I need to return it because it will not work with the existing set up of our irrigation system and it’s going to cost me too much to fix it. Not Rachio’s issue of course, but it does prevent me from using it.
I was unable to process my own RMA because your system did not recognize my order number. I called yesterday and spoke with a customer service rep who was also unable to give me an RMA. She said she would be referring the details of my order to someone else. As of this evening, I still have no response.
I do not understand why this is so difficult to process - can someone please help me return this? I haven’t even taken it out of the box!
