Device not associated with account

I’ve been using the rachio successfully for a few weeks, but now when I open my app it says I don’t have a device associated with my account. I tried logging out and back in, with no luck, also unplugged and plugged back in the unit, any advice?


If you reach out to or through phone, they will be able to assist.

Initial thought that comes to mind is different account created accidentally?
