Copy Failed! Gen 2 setup

Setting up my Gen 2 and trying to copy the settings from my Gen 1 - keep getting:

“Copy Failed!
It looks like something went wrong. We were unable to copy your controllers settings”

Help?

I’ll have the development team look into this and copy your settings in the meantime.

Just an FYI, if you have more than 12 schedules (fixed and flex) currently gen 2 has a limit of 12 (will be increased to 16 in the next week or so).

Will let you know what we find.

Looks like I have 11 fixed and 1 flex on the Gen 1.

Must have been all those fixed schedules - deleted 9 of them and the copy worked fine!

Does the Gen 1 unit need to remain powered on for the settings to be copied?

No, just the gen 2 unit.
