Well, setup all three gen 3units, and then moved them to their respective locations. Wifi on same subnet and ssid at all spots. First two no problems. Last one one won’t connect. Ipad has no issues connecting to ssid, max bars.
Brought it back to initial location, same issue - won’t connect. Following menus gets me to contact support, which looks pretty unappealing 
@comet48 - at the install location run the RouteThis app and send the resulting key/code to support (and/or post here).
Can the troublesome network be described - mesh or extenders, make and model of WiFi, etc.
