I have moved into my new home which has rachio generation 2 controller. I am not able to access the controller as it is still registered to the prior owners.
Can you PM me the old account email address and serial number as well as your Rachio account email address?
i don’t have the old email for the account. the serial number is VR0700108 and my account email is xxxxx
If you logout/login to the app you should be good to go.
You will probably have to perform a Wi-Fi reset.
