I confused about the algorithms used to make the seasonal adjustments. For the most recent adjustment, my zones described as “some shade & flat” showed increased times whereas those described as “lots of sun and either slight or steep slope” did not increase. I would have thought just the opposite should have occured.
Seasonal adjustment uses historical weather normals rather than the attributes you listed.
This might help explain a bit better.
I understand how Seasonal Shift is supposed to work but, of my 15 zones, only six showed increased watering times.

A small thing, the video says 30 years of historical data but the FAQ says 10 @franz
This is a data science thing puzzle, but I thought it would be a weighted average because the last 3 years are probably more predictive than 10 years ago.
