How can I have all zones run two days per week and have a third day that only runs one zone?
Are they specific days you are wanting them to run? What type of schedule are you wanting to do? Are you wanting the system to try soil moisture, etc.? If answers are yes, fixed, no, then you probably want to put the two on one schedule and the other on a different schedule.
You could do something like this. Create any schedule such as fixed, flex daily, or Flex monthly. Pick your zones you want to run on the same day(s). Select “specific days” for the “When to Water” & then select the two days you prefer Monday & Thursday for example. Then you can do the same process for your other zone on a different schedule for the other day such as Wednesday. I attached a few pictures for example.
I need to have all zones run on Tuesday and Thursday. Then on Saturday run one of the zones (Lawn), so the lawn gets three days of water, and the other zones get two days of water.

@Chevyhater06 is correct, you can do flex schedule for specific days. I actually have my flex daily schedules to specific days, but have all the days checked to allow me to uncheck specific days as needed. You will still two different schedules. Why so specific and restrictive?
You’ll create two schedules at Schedules>Create Schedule.
First schedule select the type ie Flex Daily, Fixed, etc. then select all your zones & then Tues,wed,thurs. When complete create another schedule, select the single lawn zone again, important this’ll need to be at a different start time as you can’t have two flex schedules that start at the same times, pick Wednesday & complete out the schedule creation.
Given all this, without knowing your exact setup, why not set all 3 zones one one schedule, flex daily or monthly & let Rachio work its charm on your lawn stress free & hands off.
