When I am fixing plugged heads I turn on and off the system a lot from my cellphone. Sometimes there is a small square button to turn the system off. But more often that button is missing and I have to wait till the system times out. Why is that button not showing up all the time?
I have occasionally seen this problem, but it doesn’t happen often enough for me to reproduce it now.
Are you using Android or iOS? If you have both, have you tried the other?
Are you using the mobile app or the web page at app.rach.io ? Have you tried the other?
When you get the failure, does refreshing the page help? Closing and reopening the app or browser?
