Cannot open case

Cannot open case. Push up on tab but does not open.

Need to reconnect wifi.

If light 2 is blinking (attempting connection to Wi-Fi), then assuming that you haven’t changed the SSID or password on your Wi-Fi, just unplug the controller, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. With luck it will reconnect by itself.

If light 2 is off but light 1 is solid, you should be able to reconnect Wi-Fi from the app, also without taking the cover off.
