Can i use 24v DC valves with Rachio 3?

I currently have these valves, will these work? they are 24v DC. I see that Rachio 3 wants 24vAC…

I have not tried using 24VDC and as you said Rachio (I would say most, if not all, sprinkler controllers and valves) are 24VAC. I have heard that people have problems when running 24VDC on a 24VAC system directly and really would not recommend it.

Even if it were the correct current, the power draw on those is going to be too much for Rachio to handle.
