Can I share one of the controllers to my tenant?

I am planning to replace RainBird controller at our rental with a Rachio 3 8-zone version. I have Gen2 under my account now for our current residence. I want to add the new Rachio under the same account, but share the new one ONLY with tenant. That means the tenant shouldn’t see Rachio of my current residence, but see only the new one at Rental.

Is that possible?

No problem – sharing access is per controller, not for the whole account.
