Need some suggestions or help.
Was mowing the lawn and hit the valve. It broke into two, but looks like they got disjointed. Seems like they can be fixed, but pushing them together is not working.
Any ideas? Or I need a new one?
Curious to see what the response is - I have a valve that’s in exactly the same state. It’s on my parent-in-laws system and they claim they just found it that way this morning…
Nope. I ended up emailing support (support@rachio.com) and they are doing an RMA. Took a few days to get a response, but they’re shipping a replacement and I’ll return the defective unit.
