My Rachio hose timer hub had been unplugged for a few months. When I plugged it back in, the app prompted me for an update.
After about 10-15 minutes, I noticed that the update was stuck, and the hub had lost power. There’s no light on the hub now. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in, but still no power. I even tested a different power supply, confirming it has power and matches the required voltage, but the hub remains unresponsive.
I’m not sure what to do next.
