Both Rachio 3s disappear from app

A few days after the new app was launched and the day the systems were turned on, both controllers disappeared from the Rachio app. I’ve tried reinstalling them and the app says they are both in use. Neither are running the programmed schedule.

Top one shows a solid blue bar, lower one, first quarter is blue, second flashing yellow.

Need help!

Are you sure you logged in with the correct credentials? Your Rachio controller login and the community login aren’t the same. Others have made that mistake in the past.

Also, people have had multiple “locations” in the app and have had to toggle between the locations to see their controller.

Well, my Tempest and my Hose end unit do show up. I suspect I am logged on correctly because of that. Any idea why one is stuck on orange in the 2nd quarter?

Assume this is a G3 unit?

First light section solid, with second light section blinking yellow (after powercycle) Reconnecting to Wi-Fi - If you’re reconnecting to Wi-Fi, when the controller has restarted and is reconnecting with the pre-entered Wi-Fi credentials, the first light section will be solid and the second light section will be blinking yellow/amber. Status indicator (no action required), if this takes too long: Rachio 3 Light Section 2 Flashing

Turns out the irrigation company put the two controllers on their system and deleted them from mine. Great tech support from Rachio got them back!

If the irrigation company needs access, you can share with them. I’m sure support mentioned that.
