I am getting a boot error one and I can’t seem to get out of it. I’ve had my rachio for a couple years and it’s been trouble free, even during power outages. But a few weeks ago it went offline and I’ve been trying on all my saturdays to get it working again, but I keep getting stuck in this boot error loop. What can I do about it?

Same issue here!! Extremely frustrating not being able to call someone and get support. Haven’t found anything in the community except us pleading for help. May have to rethink my next controller…
