Blinkup Failed - Gen 1, New User

I have tried the blinkup unsuccessfully numerous times. Confirmed same wi-fi network, placed phone screen down over the eye, in limited light. Unit just flashes red light over and over. I am located in the Pacific time zone (California).

If the red light doesn’t stop flashing when the phone is blinking and placed on the light tube then the unit could be defective.

If you send an email to support@rachio.com they will be able to troubleshoot with you first thing tomorrow.

If the unit does turn out to be defective we will RMA a different one out to you asap.
