Hello there. I can’t get my Rachio to connect anymore. It was suddenly offline and every time I try to sync it back. up it fails. I’ve tried plugging the controller and reseting the wifi (waiting for the blue bar, then the pulsing yellow ) but it never finishes and say there was an “unexpected error.”
Can you help me figure this out. It’s starting to get HOT here in Los Angeles and we need it to work!
