It appears my IOS app auto updated on Oct. 27th and with it my second Rachio controller and all schedules were completely deleted, how do I roll back or recover without having to go through the process of completely starting from scratch?

After I got this update I thought the same thing! If your issue was the same as mine then you’ve just been hit by Rachio’s addition of support for multiple homes.
I expect you’ll find if you tap on your home’s name at the top you’ll see duplicates of the same home. Each home will have a different controller / device. Go into each home, tap the circle-with-three-dots, and move them all into the first home. Then you can delete the duplicate homes.

Yes indeed you have helped a fellow namesake! Now resolved, the controllers had been split between multiple street addresses.

Great. Yeah seems to have been the result of them adding new functionality. Wish they could’ve had an easier transition for folks like us.
