Controller disappeared from iPhoneapp. Only Tempest now shows. Tried to add back in using bar code method but app said someone else is using it and wants to know if I want to transfer the controller and settings. I select that option. Then is says “something went wrong.”
I had some issues setting up my connection. Eventually, I reset my connection using the instructions (you press the wireless button behind the panel till you see the blue and white lights), and foloed the manual setup. Also, with mine the WIFI connection does not show in my phone connections, but I think this is normal. Am assuming that this means the Rachio has its own base station (same as my Ring security system), and therefore won’t show as a wireless connection on your phone.
