I added the skill to Alexa and when finished I went to my app and the account was gone. I went to my computer and logged on to Rachio and all my information is there. Do I have to re enter all the info? Will it say there is an account like that already created?
Confirm that the data is ‘live’ and not merely stale cache, for example by doing a Quick Run and seeing it actually water.
Then, it should be a simple matter of ‘resetting’ the mobile app (try force stop first, if no luck reset cache and data, if still no luck uninstall and reinstall).
If you still have trouble, confirm that mobile app and website are using the same account. On the website, Account Settings -> Profile will show the email address in use. In the Android app, go to More -> Account -> Profile.
