I have a gen 1 rachio that has worked fine for years After winter , I took the unit off pause. It will initiate a watering but fails to shut off any zone. Unplugging the racho shuts the zone down. This appears to me as a rachio issue , not the valves or solenoids as it’s every zone and is fixed but shutting the rachio off? Right? I’m no expert in this. I’m thinking it’s some issue with software and am considering resetting everything rachio and starting over. Is this a good strategy? What else should I do?
@Pastafarian - this also occurs when the Rachio AC power supply has been replaced with a DC power power supply. Check to make sure the power supply is an 24VAC power supply and not a DC power supply.
