Hi @Gene, I would like to ask you to add my Bresser 5 in 1 so I can use it with my Gen2.
I have added the station to Weather Underground and here is the link: https://www.wunderground.com/member/devices. I have tried to add the link to PWSweather myself but PWS says that the station is inactive.

Sorry, pwsweather has changed their site and my autogeneration code is no longer working until Iā€™ll update it. If you wish, you can create a pwsweather station to host the WU data and Iā€™ll setup updates for that station. Simply create a station (register / follow the prompts at pwsweather) and send me the station ID and API key and Iā€™ll take care of the rest. Alternatevly you can wait a few days for me to update and test the code which will allow me to generate a random station to host your data.

@hayou, youā€™ll need to have your data available to pws weather network in order for your Gen 2 Rachio to make use of it. I see that you have an ambient weather station, as they have a good native support for a pwsweather network so I recommend you use their native integration, which can be setup here: https://ambientweather.net/devices.

Step one would be to register at pwsweather.com site (which is free) and create your station (station ID can be anything you want, doesnā€™t have to match WU id). After you create the station, note the API key that they assign your new station (click edit next to the station name if you canā€™t see it).

Within ambient device screen (linked to earlier), you can click on pwsweather icon and specify the station ID within the left (first) field & stationā€™s API key within the right (second) field. Click Connect and you should be all set.

Once your new station starts getting updates, it should show up within Rachio map sometime between 4 and 7 days, after it passes pwsweatherā€™s internal QC process.

If you run into any issues, donā€™t hesitate to ask. I can always keep your pwsweather station updated in case native integration fails work.

I have rachio 3e should I have to use the same WA as rachio2 ? I couldnt find my WU wether station on the app list.
In case the answer is yes would you help me to forward the data from WU to PWS ?

Yes, 3e lacks WI+ support, thus it uses pwsweather network as far as I know (please correct me if Iā€™m wrong). Iā€™ve added your station to my app to keep updated. It should show up within a week on a Rachio map. Let me know if it does not.
