This info is from a previous thread, but I just installed a QS200-15 that I would like to use. Would it be possible to add support for this (these) flow meter(s), please?
Additionally, could a generic meter model be added in which the user could input arbitrary k-factor and offset?
All Flomec, models:
QS200-15
K = 0.7926
QS200-20
K = 1.3765
QS200-30
K = 3.8444
QS200-40
K = 7.1676
All have an offset of 0.
Thanks.
Slight correction to the above based on the latest published Kfactors from the Flomec Website…
https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/catsy.467/qs200-data-sheet.pdf (see page 2)
QS200-15
K = 0.7923
QS200-20
K = 1.4610
QS200-30
K = 4.2630
QS200-40
K = 8.0881
All have an offset of 0.
I would also like to request that the QS100-10 flow sensor be added to the flow sensor selection in the Rachio app. I have this meter installed on my system with a Rachio controller, but the readings are not correct because it is not currently supported in the app.
The QS100-10 has the following Kfactor and Offset.
https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/catsy.467/qs100-data-sheet.pdf (see page 2)
QS100-10
K = 0.4211
Offset = 0
In lieu of any additional specific manufacturers and models being added to the app, I would be in strong favor of adding a generic flow sensor where the user can enter their own custom K factor and Offset values.
