First unit I bought was an open box unit off of eBay. Powered on, but wouldn’t connect. Can’t necessarily blame that in Rachio.
Bought a refurbished 8ZULWCUSI directly from Rachio, and the thing won’t even power on. Tried 2 different power supplies, nothing.
Any suggestions?
