I have installed the Rachio 3 and ran the app. The app will get to “Activate Rachio-####” and sit there. It will not activate and I am stuck. I’ve tried powering off. I’ve tried factory reset. I’ve tried multiple networks. Nothing seems to work. any help would be appreciated.
