We need the ability to adjust the Weather Intelligence settings within a Flexible Daily schedule

All weather intelligence features are inherently enabled on flex schedules. What kind of adjusting are you wanting to do?

I can think of a few. For starters, I don’t like the 32 degree default value to trigger the freeze skip. I do t know anyone who would want their lawn watered down to 33 degrees. I’d like to make that 45 in my Flexible Daily Sched. Similar for Rain Skip. Basically, I’d like to be able to edit the default Weather Intelligence values, like you can in all other schedule types.
