sorry if i misunderstood, but you’re able to run a specific zone randomly for a few minutes. i click on the icon on the top left and then click on zones and there i can set how many minutes i want to run at that moment.
In the iOS app, from the home screen, tap the gear icon in the top right to get to Zones
I am glad I posted this, I was not aware of the existing feature or location. Thanks guys!
