Rachio 2 - Zones Off - Still Watering

Hey all, first post, I’ve had the v2 for about a month.

I have a schedule running and I realized my front yard is watering too much so I went to the Calendar > Schedules (I only have one) > Zones… and I disabled the one I wanted to stop.

That didn’t seem to take so I disabled all the zones, still nothing.

I disabled the entire schedule, STILL WATERING.

Thoughts?

As it it is still actively watering right now, or it continues to show up in a schedule somewhere?

If it is actively still watering, it is a failed valve. Diaphragm inside the valve likely needs replaced. Only way you can stop it is to shut the water off to the system.
