I created an account on my computer. But when I try to sign in on my phone, it tells me there’s no account associated with my user name / email… Same if I open a different browser and try to sign in. I can only get in on Chrome because I had it save my PW. However, even on Chrome the site keeps logging me out
Well, messed that up too… Even though I’m logged in on this one tab in Chrome, if I open up another tab, I have to log in again… But now it won’t let me… And if I click Forgot Password, it tells me “No user found with username km4791”
Give a call to Rachio Support or send them an email (support@rachio.com). They should be able to get it fixed.
