I received a “Freeze Warning” for Ashland Oregon on June 22nd. The warning stated the temperature would be 10 degrees F. I never gets that cold in the winter let alone the summer. How do I report inappropriate warnings as I do not want this to happen again. My yard needs every drop I allow during the summer.
That’s really odd. Our weather provider’s forecasting engine must have had a blip. I will provide this information to them. If you experience this again please let us know and I will have our team dig further into this issue.
I am also experiencing Freeze Skip Warning issues in the middle of summer…”It’s cold out there! The observed temperature in your area -13°F was less than your current Freeze Skip threshold of 32°F, so Weather Intelligence determined it is too cold to water effectively”. The actual temp was over 75 degrees.
