Emptying doesn't empty?

Emptying a zone is NOT emptying it. Then several of the zones showing NOT scheduled. What’s going on?

@RAG We simulate watering for today, so the system thinks the tank is empty and is simulating watering for the day.

The system is empty and will water tomorrow. We have this in our list of items to make more clear in the software.
