The primary account is getting all email notifications. However, the Complete Access Shared account is not receiving any emails. All the appropriate preferences are set correctly, I think. Please advise. Thank you.
Hello @HFTobeason, the primary account holder will be the only one that gets emails and push notifications for any device or schedule updates.
Thank you. May I suggest an option for shared access accounts to receive notifications as well? It would certainly be of interest for a landscaper account, for example.
@HFTobeason, love the idea. As a landscaper would you want to see notifications from all of your accounts? Sounds this product suggestion is what you'd like to see?
