Can't stop direct access program from running

I just bought a new home. The Rachio was already set up by the home builders to run manually without being connected to WiFi.

I set up my Rachio to my account. It says there is nothing scheduled to run, However every night I get a notification that direct access has started and every zone gets watered for 30 min. Winter is coming and I can find anything on how to cancel the direct access scheduled runs.

Try using direct access yourself to delete the unwanted schedules.


Or, set Standby Mode to pause watering.
Or, factory reset and start over.
