After latest app update, cycle watering does not function. Tonight, each zone watered its entire time at once. Usually, it runs 5 cycles of time, equally dividing up the total time, so each cycle has time for the water to soak and not cause a run off. Did something change in the update? I have not made any changes to my settings. I am running the Gen 1 Rachio.
And there are no drip zones or emitters in the schedule?

No - just spray heads and rotors
See if the smart watering has been disabled in the schedules. I know you have not changed anything but double check and post back.
I checked it and it was still enabled. I disabled it, saved it, then reenabled it and saved it once again. I’ll let you know of the results.
