Traded out Rainbird ESP-SMTe smart controller(algorithm based) a few years ago for Ratio 3 in Virginia. Rachio seems much easier to control and links to my personal weather station through Weather Underground!

Still trying to understand Rachio daily dynamic schedules while trying to repair sim areas within some zones by adding new grass seeds and compost!
