Zone Not Running But App Says It is

i’ve seen posts about people having problem where app says zone is running but it is not. Looks like in most cases there is a wiring problem, or bad valve for that zone.

I am having same problem, but only when the zone is supposed to run as part of Flex Daily schedule. If I do a manual Quick Run, the zone runs fine so don’t think it is wiring, Any suggestions on what else to check? Is one specific zone with 3 heads, app says zone is running but nothing happens and does not seem like water running or valve opening.
