I have been using Rachio for a month now and love it but I have noticed I have one sprinkler go off when another zone is on and I can’t figure out why. Is there any logical explanation?
@Oliverm - could be a wiring issue or a valve issue. Are you saying this sprinkler runs with two different zones are run individually? Are there other sprinklers in the same zone as the one that goes off incorrectly?
Just one sprinkler within the zone when a different zone is going. It doesnt make sense to me.
It sounds like there is some zone overlap. I have seen where one will renovate a yard and not eliminate all the extra sprinklers on a particular line and leave it to surprise the next owner.
You can dig that extra head up and cap it underground. It will no longer be a problem.
