My zone 1 on rachio 2 doesn’t work from the scheduled run, but work if I do a quick run manually. Does anyone how how to solve this?

What type of schedule are you running, fixed, flex monthly, or flex daily?
And you have confirmed that zone 1 is in fact included in the schedule in question? If it works on a quick run (thru the app, not manually turning the valve) it should work as long as it is in fact included in the schedule.
