After working great for several months, the Rachio shows it’s working on both the unit and In the app but it never triggers any of 6 stations leaving my yard to burn up. Help!
@Texpert8 - The problem could be in several different error domains. Let’s start eliminating some of them.

What happens when a zone is run manually at the valve (i.e. opening the bleed valve or loosening the solenoid a quarter of a turn based on valve model)?

Can the resistivity down a zone wire and back on the common wire be measured using a volt/ohm meter (disconnect the wires from the Rachio before testing).

Has any digging been done in the yard?

Is there a master valve or a manual shutoff valve in the system?
Very good questions. The head operates in the manual mode the same as from the app mode. It takes directions and looks like it is activating each zone appropriately for the time set. None of the zones are working and I have made sure that water is getting to the valves.
@Texpert8 - if one is 100% sure water is getting to the valves (the manual activation at the individual valve will prove that - which is different than using the buttons on the interface to manually select a zone), then the issue is probably a wiring issue. A break in the common wire before the first zone would create this behavior. Using a volt/ohm meter (available from Lowe’s or Home Depot) will prove this theory. I might check the wiring connections at the first valve. Check to see if water tight wire nuts were used at the connections.
