We had a power outage during the recent Houston-area hurricane. All my other Internet devices are working again but Rachio 3 will not reboot. I cannot get the WiFi on the device to reconnect, despite having gone through all the online reboot instructions. My controller is flashing whitish blue on the left side of the light bar. I cannot get it to go yellow in color. When I try to reset, the flashing light turns red and shuts down. My home Internet is working and the password has not changed but I cannot get the system to work. Contrary to what Rachio’s website says, there is no CHAT option on any of its Help pages. I think I need a new system. This one is only a few months old.
What do I do???
