When I run my zones manually, it keeps being stopped prematurely

Hi, Any updates on this or a workaround? I am experiencing the same issue on a gen 1 with latest ios app updated yesterday.

I don’t know what might be wrong, but here are a couple of things to try:

Do the Quick Run from app.rach.io, preferably using a different device such as a desktop or laptop, leaving the page open until the run completes.

If that also fails, set up a Fixed schedule with just one zone and the desired duration. Leave it Disabled but start it as a Quick Run.

Are there other errors reported (zone fault, leak, etc.)?

The workaround that is working best for me is using Alexa. I linked my Alexa account with the Rachio app a while back but never actually tried it for some reason. So far it is very easy to use and hasn’t stopped once.

Mine is still doing it and I’m putting our house up for sale next week. What do I tell the new owners?
