WAN or Fixed Schedule for Covered Garden

New to Rachio and have a few questions for the community.

One of my zones has garden beds and trees, both on drip. The garden beds have a greenhouse type cover so they don’t benefit from rainfall. Is a fixed schedule the best option for this zone?

I also installed a rain sensor.
Will the sensor override both WAN and Fixed schedules?
Will local weather station data effect Fixed schedules?

Your covered flower beds are a bit of an oddity. I,don’t think flex is a good fit here and I wonder if wan is either. Honestly I think you are a prime candidate for Parrot | European leader in professional drones or some other ifttt moisture sensor. You could just trigger a manual watering upon measured deplition…
