It’d be great to allow us to update our username via the web app or the mobile app.
Currently, that is grayed out and you’re not allow to change it. So, if you make a typo - you cant correct it.

Following - I need to change my user name - I even tried uninstalling the app on my smartphone, but obviously that didn’t work. Please advise ASAP - thank you!

We actually do not allow users to change their usernames. If you need to change it due to a typo or some other reason, you will have to create a new account. For more information, check out this support article.
