I just moved into an existing home with a generation 2 Rachio. I’m having trouble getting it synced to my phone. WiFi seems to work fine on my phone next to the controller. Any suggestions for getting an existing box (previously owned by others) online?
Give support a call. They may have to do something to change it over to you.
Congrats on the new home. As @Linn mentioned, our Support staff would be happy to assist you in getting you setup with your new Rachio. In order to establish you as the new user, you’ll just need to have your device serial number handy. You can find it on the sticker on the front of your Rachio after removing the faceplate.
